The Sweet Pain of Living
Priyency Yadav (XII, ‘B’)
Life is not always as easy as we predict it to be. As we age, life often feels more difficult. It can be annoying and maddening. Perhaps, it is a universal human experience to feel frustration at various times and over different things which can be traumatizing for which we can feel messed up and consumed by every little thing. But life is not always meaningful without problems and prides. It’s strange, isn’t it? The very things we want to avoid - pain, confusion, disappointment - are also what shape us into a more resilient people. Without the struggle, the victories wouldn’t feel as sweet. Without the breakdowns, the breakthroughs wouldn't matter. Once we are born, we have to capture things that are realistic such as the sweet pain and joy, mess and meaning, which often exist side by side. It's the chaos that teaches us how strong we are, how deeply we can feel, and how much we can grow through every step of our life.
