(Bianca Karki, IX ‘B’)
My mother’s birthday is approaching fast, 24th Asar. I wonder what I should get for her. I mean, I do not even have the money as I do not have any source of income. But as always, I ask my mom some money to buy her a gift, a kind of non-profit for her. But what actually matters is being thoughtful or our thoughts.
So, I am thinking to buy her a gift useful for her as well as for me. I remember, I always used to eat the chocolate I gifted to my mother myself in my childhood times. So, I am thinking something profitable for me as well. Don’t call me selfish though, cause there’s nothing wrong with sharing! I love using my mom’s closet as well. I just love raiding her clothes as it fits me well. So, I suppose if I gift my mother some clothes, I could use it later on for myself.
I think, it’s a good thing that my mom and I have the same taste in most probably everything. I finally conclude that I just buy her clothes. This is my final decision. It’s a win-win kind of situation for me. Overall, its just the thought that counts at the end of the day.
