Good Morning to all present here! I am Ruchika Singh from Grade 8 ‘H’. Today in this beautiful morning, I have got an opportunity to express my view and idea in front of all of you. Let’s begin with my short and inspiring speech on the topic, ‘Value of Time’.
First of all, What is Time?
The duration between any two events is called time. It is very important in our life. it never stops for anyone. It runs continuously. It has no beginning and no end. It can neither be created nor be destroyed. Once, time is gone, it is gone forever. It is equally important to all – no matter who or what they are.
No one can buy time or sell it. If a person learns to utilize their time properly then no one can stop them to be a successful person. So, we must utilize our time. For an example some people like Elon Musk, Bill Gates are very successful in their life because they know how to utilize their time in a right way.
Time is far more important than money because once money is lost (spent), it can be earned again. But if time is gone, it is gone forever. It cannot be earned again.
Time can be divided into past, present and future.
Past – Since past is already gone, we should learn from our pasta experiences.
Present –Present is very important. If we utilize and value our time now and then, our future will automatically be bright. So, we should not waste our time.
Lastly, I would love to end my speech with an inspirational quote –
“Time is slow when you wait
Time is fast when you’re late
Time is short when you’re happy
Time is endless when you’re in pain.”
Time is currency so be careful how to spend.
