Growing up in a Hindu desi family, I have experienced having different names everyone calls for. To the world, I may be Hitisha Maheshwari, but in my routine life where I stay at my house, Hitisha is not what I frequently hear. I was born in Nepal, raised by my supportive and loving parents – Umesh Maheshwari and Priti Soni. After my birth, I was grateful to have an older sister, who shared the same initials as me – HM, but where H stands for Hetal. She was such rather a mom to me even with all the bickering and fighting. Now that I am 16, I even have a little brother who is just 3 years. This is where I got to feel the motherly nature along with opportunities to fulfill my responsibilities which were postered upon me.
Birthdays are one of the most memorable and joyful times I have in life. Every year on 5th April, my mom along with my family members have something prepared for me. Since my childhood, I have always been participating and involving myself in variety of activities. My mom was also a huge support and provided me with everything that I could have asked for. As I love dancing, everyone said I got the dancing genes from my mother as she was a dancer herself. I started my education pretty strong from Premier International School, where I completed middle school and high school. This part of my life was the best where I created tons of memories and also grew up with my friends and teachers. Now I am pursuing higher secondary education in DAVSKVB.
Moreover, along with dancing, I have developed keen interest in journaling, sports, public speaking, harmonium and many more. I have always dreamed big and hope I can achieve greater heights. I want to be consistent and diligent throughout my life.
