
Club Activites DAVSKVB has formed different clubs for different subjects taught in the school. Almost every subject has a club for the conduction of co-curricular activities related with that particular subject. There are total 18 clubs in DAVSKVB. Each club has one club in-charge (teacher) for planning and organizing various programmes/activities and to help the club in-charge to organize these activities there is an executive committee consisting of 13 members (students). The executive committee comprises of president, Vice- President, Secretary and 10 general members. The club activities are monitored by activity in-charges of primary, Lower Secondary and senior secondary wings. The club- co-ordinator also gives helping hand to conduct the club programmes. The Activities/ programmes of the clubs are planned at the beginning of the session by the club in-charges and HODs of different subjects. Co-curricular activities/ programmes are conducted as per the ‘Annual Activity Calendar’ of the school.

The House In-charges (from teachers’ community) are selected by the school management for the conduction of house activities/programmes for an academic session. The Houses are mainly responsible for conducting March Past in investiture ceremony. Various sports, recreational, cultural and educational activities conducted in school are mainly inter house competitions and each and every house has to participate in these competitions.
The House In-charges select and prepare students for various inter house activities conducted in the school. The best house trophy is given at the end of the session to the best house of the session. Lhotse Similarly, Houses in the primary wing are as follows: Mt. Annapurna Mt Dhaulagiri Mt. Gaurishankar Mt. Lhotse Each House is an autonomous unit under the care of a House In-charge assisted by the different subject experts. It is a structured community within which the students develop the feelings of loyalty, responsibility of living in a family and leadership. The houses compete in a wide variety of fields like dance, music, debates, quiz, dramatics, sports, tournaments etc. In fact, these activities test the students and encourage them to explore their hidden talent.
