Krishna Janmashtami Celebration for Grade V and VI Students

The Hindi Department and Kabir Sahitya Samaj organised a Krishna Janmashtami celebration for Grade V and VI students at Buddha Hall on September 3.
As part of the celebration, Grade V students presented a group dance and two solo dances. Grade VI students also performed a group dance and two solo dances. Chandrima Ghosh of Grade VI ‘H’ added to the celebration with a soulful Krishna bhajan.
The performances were witnessed by Vice-Principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal in the presence of Middle School Co-ordinator Mr. Krishna Joshi. Students of Grades V and VI attended the programme with great enthusiasm.
According to Club In-charge Ms. Smriti Shrivastav, the programme aimed to help students connect with the consciousness and teachings of Lord Krishna, who taught the art of living with wisdom and balance. The celebration was also in line with the guiding theme of the session, “Empower, Engage and Excel”, which encourages intellectual growth, emotional development and a culture of excellence in all areas of learning.
