
A Short Orientation for Grade X SEE Board Appearing Students

Vice-principal, Mr. Ramchandra Khanal, along with the IX and X SEE In-charge, Mr. Narayan Khatiwada, and the dedicated teachers team of Grade X SEE, organized a short orientation programme for the SEE Board appearing students in Jetavan Hall today (17th March 2025). The students will be writing SEE Examination from 20th March, 2025 (Chaitra 7, 2081)
During the session, Vice-principal Mr. Khanal shared insightful experiences from past SEE examinations, highlighting common challenges faced by students, parents and school during the exam period. He provided valuable guidance to help them navigate the examination process with confidence. Additionally, the SEE examination admit cards were distributed on the same day.
In his address, the Vice-principal emphasized the significance of the admit card, advising students to laminate it for protection and carry it throughout all examination day. He also stressed the importance of safeguarding the card even after the SEE exams. Furthermore, he urged students to avoid bringing expensive items such as mobile phones, watches, or other expensive things to the examination centre.
Students were reminded to strictly adhere to the DAV School dress code, bring all necessary stationery, and arrange their transportation with the assistance of their parents or senior guardians. Special emphasis was placed on time management, including timely arrival at the exam centre and effective allocation of time for answering questions.
Vice-principal also advised students to take care of their health by maintaining a balanced diet and staying hydrated. He urged them to carefully check their question papers for printing errors or missing questions before starting their exams.
Additionally, he warned students against falling for rumors that often circulate during the SEE examinations. In case of any problems, students were encouraged to contact IX and X SEE In-charge Mr. Narayan Khatiwada, School Support Officer Mr. Prashant Samal or their respective Class Teachers. He expressed his hopes for outstanding results and extended his best wishes to all students.
Meanwhile, IX and X SEE In-charge Mr. Khatiwada acknowledged the hard work and dedication of the students throughout the year, highlighting that their success is closely connected with their families and school. He expressed confidence in DAV students’ ability to excel in the SEE examinations and make the entire nation proud. He also appreciated Vice-principal for addressing important behavioural aspects of the SEE exam in his presentation. In the same trait, all the Class Teachers with great confidence extended good luck to all the students. Vice-principal, along with the entire teaching staff, warmly welcomed all the students during the morning assembly on the day following the announcement of the SEE results.
For more information, DAV Students will attend SEE examination from Chaitra 7 to 15, 2081 BS. DAV Students must report to the examination centre at 7:15 AM on the first day (Chaitra 7) and at 7:30 AM from the second day (Chaitra 8–15, 2081 BS). DAV students’ examination centre is at Nightingale School, Kupondole, Lalitpur.
