Yarn the Thread Activity in Kindergarten

The students of DAV Kindergarten participated in 'Yarn the thread activity' in their respective classrooms on June 22.
It was a calendar based activity of Kindergarten and was duly organized for Nursery, LKG and UKG students. Yarn the thread has great fine motors benefit that increases concentration with persistence and strengthens hand muscles.
In addition, the activity also aimed at developing eye-hand co-ordination skill of the students according to Kindergarten Co-ordinator Ms. Shanti Gurung.
All the kindergarten teachers motivated and guided students in the activity and observed the interests and engagement level of each one of them.
