
Nepali Handwriting Competition at DAV Kindergarten

The Kindergarten Wing organised a Nepali Calligraphy Competition on 11th July for the young learners of Nursery, LKG, and UKG. Held in their respective classrooms, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation from all students, who eagerly engaged in showcasing their writing abilities.
Kindergarten Co-ordinator Ms. Shanti Gurung shared that the primary objective of the competition was to encourage children to develop their fine motor skills while building confidence through the creative practice of Nepali handwriting.
In UKG-A, Deevanshi Khadka secured the first position, followed by Harshit Raj Bhatta in second place. Aavansh Neupane and Kuljam Khatri shared the third position. In UKG-B, the first position went to Kairavi Rishal, while Sarvatmika Basyal and Nischal Lakandri stood second and third respectively.
From LKG, Aarush Karki claimed the first place, Akshdeep Chaudhary came second, and Yanjina Rokaya stood third. In Nursery, Ujjwal Karki topped the list, followed by Jeevika Shrestha in second place and Rishav Karn in third.
The event turned out to be a delightful and enriching experience for the little ones, offering them a joyful platform to exhibit their budding handwriting skills with pride.
