My Dream Profession Activity for Grade I and II Students

Date: Jan 27th, 2025
On January 27, House Teachers of Junior School organised the My Dream Profession activity for selected students of Grade I and II in Pratik Hall. A total of 32 students enthusiastically participated in this creative initiative.
As a part of the activity, students expressed their aspirations by sketching their dream professions. According to the House Teachers, the primary objective of the programme was to foster creativity, enhance drawing skills, and ignite the imagination of the young participants.
During the interaction, it was delightful to hear the students articulate their dreams and see their imaginative sketches representing professions such as astronaut, pilot, doctor, teacher, businessman, policeman, soldier, chef, nurse, artist, and driver, among many others. Ms. Meena Lama, a Junior School Art Teacher, served as the judge for the competition.
The activity was a collaborative effort led by House Teachers: Ms. Rita Khadka (Mt. Annapurna House In-charge), Mr. Anmol Ghimire (Mt. Dhaulagiri House In-charge), Ms. Anjali Tamatta (Mt. Gaurishankar House In-charge), and Ms. Anupama Limbu (Mt. Lhotse House In-charge).
The event was conducted separately for Grades I and II, and as per the results, Mt. Annapurna House secured the first position, while Mt. Dhaulagiri House claimed the second position in both grades. The activity provided a valuable platform for students to dream big and creatively express their future ambitions.
