Inter House Football Tournament for Grade V and VI Boys

Sports Club organised Inter-house Football Tournament for the boys of Grade V and VI in the School main ground on 23rd and 24th June, 2023.
The competition was separately organised for each grade. The competition was a part of the selection of junior school football team for the session 2023/24.
Around seventy boys from Grade VI and eighty from Grade V participated in the tournament. The game was played in league-cum knock-out system. The tournament was formatted in such a way where each house played two games to get qualified from Knock-out stage.
Prior to the competition, the students were provided basic training by football coach Mr. Bijay Maharjan. The referees of the tournament were Mr. Maharjan and Ms. Chandra Bhandari.
As per the results of Grade V, Mt. Lhotse House won the first position followed by Mt. Machhapuchhre House and Mt. Dhaulagiri House in the second and third positions respectively.
Similarly, from Grade VI, Mt. Gaurishnakar House won the first position followed by Mt. Machhapuchhre House and Mt. Kanchanjunga House in the second and third positions respectively.
