DAV Sports Academy Launches Exclusive 2-Day Training for Football Academy Students

Starting from December 30, 2024, DAV Sports Academy, in collaboration with Jawalakhel Football Club, has launched a two-day exclusive training program for the students of DAV Football Academy.
Mr. Purnendu Ghosh, Head of Physical Education Department, explained that the objective of the training camp is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding about the 11 side full ground concept.
A total of 50 players from DAV School (Grades IV to X) are participating in this training camp, which has seen students divided into four teams: Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue. The participants expressed great enthusiasm about training on a large field and learning game strategies, formations, and various skills.
The training session was initiated by Mr. Vijay Maharjan, Head Football Coach of DAV Sports Academy, and Assistant Coach Mr. Yaman Maharjan. Football enthusiasts were welcomed to visit the Jawalakhel Football Ground on 31st December, 2024 from 7:30 to 11:30 AM and witness the training in action.
