People Respecting Others (PRO) Awards Announced in the Senior School

The People Respecting Others (PRO) Awards for the Academic Session 2025/26 were announced during the Senior School Award Distribution Assembly today (5th August, 2026).
The Principal, Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao, in the presence of Mr. Ramchandra Khanal and CAO Ms. Vijaya Tater, honoured the winners with awards and certificates. The People Respecting Others (PRO) Award is bestowed upon students who have demonstrated outstanding respect towards the entire DAV family. The school's value-based theme for August 2026 is "Respect." The award is presented every alternate year and is co-ordinated by the Exam Cell.
The recipients of the PRO Awards are Anmol Maruti Niroula (Grade VIII 'C'), Shivam Jaiswal (Grade VIII 'G'), Shreeja Thakur (Grade IX 'D'), Siddhesh Kalwar (Grade IX 'H'), Saumya Shrestha (Grade X 'A'), Angel Bharadwaj (Grade X 'H'), Shubham Kumar Yadav (Grade XI 'C'), Yash Jaiswal (Grade XI 'E'), Sampa Maity (Grade XII 'B'), and Ranvir Thakur (Grade XII 'C').
The Principal congratulated each award recipient on their outstanding achievement and extended her best wishes for their future endeavours. The award ceremony was moderated by the Head of the English Department, Ms. Asha Khadka.
