1-day Departmental Training at DAV School

1-day Departmental Training was observed at DAV School from 4th to 6th January, 2026. The training was conducted by Heads of Department (Subject HODs) with the guidance and support of the School Management.
The main objective of the training was to enhance teachers’ skills and professional capacity. The training covered important topics such as academic planning, evaluation methods, curriculum implementation, and effective teaching techniques.
The sessions focused on the proper use and management of teaching materials, planning educational activities, managing classrooms with an understanding of students’ psychology, and creating student-friendly classrooms. Attention was also given to daily teaching practices and maintaining quality standards in classrooms. All the teachers from Grade I to XII actively attended the training.
