1-day Fight Back Training for Middle School Teachers

DAV School Management, in collaboration with Fight Back Nepal, organised a one-day workshop and training programme for Middle School teachers in the gracious presence of DAVSKVB Chairperson Shree Anil Kedia in Pratik Hall on January 6.
The main objective of the workshop was to enhance teachers’ skills and help them deal with issues related to safety, harassment and violence. The training was conducted by Mr. Vikrant Raj Pandey, Founding Director of Fight Back Nepal, and Mr. Arman Pandey, Programme Head, along with their training team.
The sessions covered important topics such as situational awareness, silent fight back, verbal fight back and active fight back. These topics helped teachers understand simple and practical ways to stay safe and protect themselves.
The programme focused on spreading awareness against all forms of harassment and violence. It also highlighted the important role teachers play in creating a safe and secure environment for students and guiding them to handle difficult situations with confidence.
