Inter Class Extempore Competition for Grade IX and X Accountancy Student

The Commerce Department organised an Inter Class Extempore Competition for the accountancy students of Grades IX and X in Jetavan Hall on November 25.
A total of 26 enthusiastic students participated in the competition. The students were provided eight different topics, and each participant spoke on a topic they picked randomly from a box.
According to the Head of the Commerce Department, Mr. Iveen Manandhar, the objective of the competition was to motivate students to explore and broaden their understanding in management and commerce while strengthening their oratory skills.
The judges for the competition were Accountancy teachers Mr. Damodar Acharya and Mr. Deepak Chaudhary. The programme was moderated by Yushna Maharjan (IX ‘A’), Smarika Maharjan (IX ‘F’) and Medhya Khadka (IX ‘A’).
As per the results, Ruban Shrestha of Grade X ‘D’ secured the first position, followed by Snigdha Adhikari (X ‘E’), Prachur Dhakal (IX ‘A’) and Aaditya Agrawal (X ‘D’) in second, third and fourth places respectively.
The winners were honoured with Certificates of Achievement by the Commerce HOD, Mr. Iveen Manandhar, in the presence of Senior School Activity In-charge, Mr. Tankanath Ghimire and judges.
