Grand Finale: Inter Club Solo Dance Competition, 2025

Mayur Dance Club organised Inter Club Solo Dance Competition for students from Grade V to XII in Indu Hall on August 21.
The competition progressed through the audition, semi-final, and finally the grand finale. This event is one of the most awaited internal programmes for students who are passionate about dancing. A total of ten students from ten different clubs, showcasing their remarkable dance talent, qualified for the grand finale.
The finalists were Abiska Adhikari (Grade VIII ‘C’) from Devkota Nepali Club, Avana Rai (Grade VI ‘C’) from Charles Babbage Computer Club, Chahat Rakhecha (Grade IX ‘G’) from Aryabhatta Mathematics Club, Sakun Sah (Grade VIII ‘I’) from Mother Teresa Social Service Club, Rajshree Manandhar (Grade VII ‘C’) from Mother Teresa Social Service Club, Chanchal Mohta (Grade IX ‘H’) from Kabir Sahitya Samaj, Minang Gurung (Grade VII ‘A’) from Sports Club, Warish Raja (Grade XII ‘B’) from Natikaji Music Club, and Hitisha Maheshwari (Grade XI ‘D’) from Vasudha Eco Club.
The panel of judges included Ms. Narmila Subedi, Ms. Deepama Basnet, and Mr. Janak Chaudhary. Participants were evaluated on presentation, expression, stage coverage, energy level, rhythm, and timing.
As per the results, Hitisha Maheshwari secured the first position, while Chanchal Mohta and Chahat Rakhecha achieved the second and third positions respectively.
Vice-principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal, in the presence of Dance HOD Ms. Shreejana Shrestha and Senior School Activity In-charge Mr. Tankanath Ghimire, congratulated the winners and honoured them with medals and merit certificates.
