Sanepa Police Initiates 'Police-Public Partnership Club'

The Office of Sanepa Police in co-ordination with DAV School authorities formed a 'Police-public Partnership Club' at the School premises on June 4.
The newly formed Police-public Partnership Club is led by Vice-principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal and the members are sports Teacher Mr. Bijay Maharjan, Mr. Rajkumar Singh and Ms. Dikshya koirala (Parents & Teachers) and the student members are Samuel Shrestha - Grade X, Maya Gupta- Grade IX, Siddhartha Upadhya- Grade VIII and Riddhi Jaiswal- Grade -VIII.
Meanwhile, the police personnel introduced 'police-public partnership programme' of Nepal Police to all the club members. The police personnel also shared that Nepal Police has partnered with the school to generate awareness in the community with sole objective to increase public support in preventing and controlling all the criminal activities in the societies.
Nepal Police is organising 'drug abuse intervention programme' and Traffic Police is conducting 'traffic awareness on road safety' to the School Children every year under 'police- public partnership programme'.
