Muffins with Mothers, December, 2024

DAV School organised a widely cherished "Muffins with Mothers," programme inviting representative mothers from each section and class on December 6.
This special occasion, organised by the Parental Involvement Team, celebrated the invaluable role of mothers in life.
The event was honoured by the gracious presence of the Principal Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao alongside Vice-Principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal, CAO Ms. Vijaya Tater, SSO, Wing Co-ordinators, HR and HoDs. The mothers were warmly welcomed and participated in a one-period interactive session in classrooms, engaging with students and educators alike.
In her opening remarks, the Principal Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao extended a warm welcome to all the mothers. The Principal highlighted the critical role mothers play in their children's lives, urging students to show deep respect and gratitude towards their mothers. The Principal also underlined the importance of holistic learning, encouraging students to strive to become compassionate and responsible individuals with the support of both parents and the school.
In the same trait, Vice-Principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal expressed heartfelt gratitude to the mothers for gracing the event despite their busy schedules.
On behalf of all the invited mothers, Ms. Kshitiz Acharya and Ms. Dipika Pandey Joshi, shared inspiring words during the event, urging students to value their Parents and School. They praised DAV School’s commitment to embedding family values and moral education in learning and expressed their hope for the continuation in future.
Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, Music Department teachers and students from the Natikaji Music Club performed heartfelt songs dedicated to the mothers, creating a truly memorable experience. Each mother was honoured with a token of love and was treated to delicious muffins and snacks in school canteen.
