Inter House Yoga Competition for Grade VII and VIII Students

Sports Club organised an Inter House Yoga Competition for the students of Grades VII and VIII in Yoga Hall of Senior School in the month of November. The event featured separate competitions for boys and girls, aiming to encourage students to embrace yoga as an integral part of their mental and physical well-being.
In the Grade VIII Boys category, Kaivalya Panta (8 ‘A’, Lhotse House) secured the first position. He was followed by Bardhan Bharati (8 ‘F’, Annapurna House) in second place and Priyansh Thapa (8 ‘F’, Lhotse House) in third. The fourth and fifth positions were achieved by Nirab Shrestha (8 ‘C’, Gaurishankar House) and Lucas Sirish (8 ‘C’, Annapurna House) respectively.
In the Grade VIII Girls group, Ishita Dahal (8 ‘C’, Dhaulagiri House) claimed the first position, while Somiya Shrestha (8 ‘B’, Annapurna House) secured the second position.
Among the Grade VII Boys, Bipran Thapa (7 ‘J’, Annapurna House) emerged as the winner. Darshit Mishra (7 ‘G’, Dhaulagiri House) finished second, followed by Dilip Chandra (7 ‘A’, Kanchanjunga House) in third place. The fourth and fifth positions were secured by Uphar Yadav (7 ‘G’, Gaurishankar House) and Kshitiz Bikram Thapa (7 ‘D’, Annapurna House) respectively.
In the Grade VII Girls category, Navya Mohta (7 ‘H’, Annapurna House) secured the first position. Ojaswi Dharala (7 ‘D’, Gaurishankar House) came second. The third position was jointly shared by Jenny Chitraker (7 ‘C’, Kanchanjunga House) and Aditi Jha (7 ‘D’, Annapurna House). The fourth and fifth positions were awarded to Athena Maity (7 ‘J’, Lhotse House) and Biranjana Basnet (7 ‘D’, Machhapuchhre House) respectively.
All the winners will soon be honoured with Certificates of Achievement for their commendable performances.
