Inter Club Drawing Competition Highlights Solutions to Plastic Pollution

On 17th July, 2025, an Inter Club Drawing Competition was organised in the Art Room of Grade V and VI. The theme for the competition was, "Solution of Plastic Pollution."
The event was organised by Friends of Zoo (FOZ). According to Grade V and VI Activity In-charge, Mr. Santosh Rai, total of 31 selected students participated in the competition. Among them, Vedanshi Dumre from Grade V 'A' won the first position followed by Nibha Dangol (VI 'B'), Abhik Upadhayaya (VI 'B'), Sachin Thapa Magar (VI 'J') and Rehansee Mehta (V 'D') in the second, third, fourth and fifth positions respectively. The certificate of consolation will also be bestowed to some deserving students.
Through their drawings, the young participants shared creative ideas to reduce plastic pollution and protect the environment. The competition aimed to make students more aware of real-world problems and encourage them to think of solutions through art. The winners will be honoured with a merit certificate soon.
