DAV Won the 3rd Position in Interschool Chess Competition

DAV School clinched the third position in the Interschool Chess Competition of the MIS Cup 2024, hosted at Modern Indian School, Chovar Kathmandu from 19th to May 22nd May, 2024.
Harsh Vardhan Rathi, from Grade VIII, secured the third spot in the under 16 age category, while Saurel Thapa, from Grade VII, attained the third position in the under 14 age category. Both were honored with trophies, medals, and merit certificates.
Additionally, representing DAV in the chess competition were Darsh Agrawal (Grade XI), Divyansh Maskey (Grade VII), Shivani Rai (Grade IX), and Pragya Panta (Grade IX).
Furthermore, DAV School excelled overall, securing the first position trophy in the event. The MIS Cup 2024 featured various interschool competitions including cricket, football, badminton, table tennis, and chess.
