Financial Literacy Quiz Competition for students of Classes IX to XII

Department of Commerce organised an exciting Financial Literacy Quiz Competition for students of Grade IX to XII in Jetavan Hall on August 11.
The competition featured a total of 24 participants divided across six mountain-themed house teams, alongside 2 student volunteers. According to the Head of Commerce Department Mr. Iveen Manandhar, the competition challenged the participants across four engaging rounds—a General Round, Visual Round, Rapid Fire Round, and Buzzer Round—testing their financial knowledge, strategy, and analytical thinking.
After an intense four-round battle, Mount Annapurna House secured 1st place with a top score of 95 points. The winning team members who brought victory to Mount Annapurna House were Yusuf Kamal (Grade IX 'B'), Abinav Shah (Grade X 'F'), Bhavesh Jain (Grade XI 'D'), and Ojaswi Naulakha (Grade XII 'D').
The event concluded with an impressive performance by all teams, with Mount Dhaulagiri House and Mount Lhotse House tying for 2nd place with 75 points each, followed by Mount Kanchanjanga House in 3rd place with 70 points. The judges for the competition was Senior School Teacher Mr. Deepak Chaudhary.
