Inter-House Mathematical Case Study Presentation on AI and Data Science

Aryabhatta Mathematics Club organised an Inter-House Mathematical Case Study Presentation Competition in Jetavan Hall on June 11.
The theme of the competition was "Mathematics in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science." A total of 18 students representing 3 from each house participated enthusiastically and showcased their knowledge and research skills.
The programme was smoothly conducted by Anushka Agrawal of Class X-G and Ananya Modi of Class XI-D. The presentations were evaluated by Mr. R.K. Tripathi, Head of the Mathematics Department, and Ms. Sita Sharma (Commerce Department).
According to Club In-charge Mr. Shalendra Yadav, the main objective of the programme was to help students understand how mathematics is used in modern fields such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. The competition also aimed to develop students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
After an exciting contest, Mount Machhapuchhre House secured the first position with 79 marks. The winning team comprised Swornim Singh, Pratik Kunwar, and Vedanshi Kedia.
Mount Annapurna House secured the second position with 77 marks. The team members were Nidhi Agrawal, Nihal Jaiswal, and Shubh Kumar Dhanuka.
Mount Dhaulagiri House claimed the third position with 72 marks. The team included Jeniff Bhattarai, Ujjwal Dhoot, and Abhinav Yadav. All the winners will be honoured with merit certificate in due course.
