Shree Aayush Kedia Appointed as the Director of DAV School; Vedic Pujan Marks His Auspicious Entry into the Office

Shree Aayush Kedia has been formally appointed as the Director of DAV School. He has been serving the institution in different roles for many years, working closely with his father, Shree Anil Kedia (Chairperson of DAV School and Colleges) and the Management Team.
To mark this special occasion, the school organised a Vedic Pujan ceremony today (15th May, 2026) to welcome him into his new office. The ceremony was conducted in a peaceful and traditional setting.
He was joined during the rituals by his mother, the First Lady Shreemati Sunita Kedia, the Principal Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao, Vice-principal Ramchandra Khanal, CAO Ms. Vijaya Tater, SSO, Wing Co-ordinators and HR Manager.
As a part of the rituals, Shree Aayush Kedia performed Diyo-Kalash Puja, Ganesh Puja and Panchakanya Puja. His formal office entry was made auspicious with the Panchakanya procession. Teachers from the Sanskrit Department, under the guidance of Sanskrit HOD Mr. Purushottam Rijal, also performed Swasti Bachan during the ceremony.
The Principal Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao warmly welcomed him on behalf of the school family with a bouquet and khanda in the presence of school authorities. On the same day, he also attended the Vidya Subharambha Havan for Grade XI in Pratik Hall as the main Yajaman in the presence of the First lady, Principal and Vice-principal.
DAV School is a memorial institution established by Late Shree Shankar Lal Kedia and Late Shreemati Indumati Kedia in memory of their beloved son, Late Shree Sushil Kedia who passed away at the age of 19. The school follows the teachings of Swami Dayananda Saraswati and continues to uphold the DAV philosophy of education.
