Learning by Doing: A Special Survey by Grade VIII CBSE Students on the Human Resource Chapter

Embracing the concept of “Learning by Doing”, Grade VIII CBSE students conducted a special survey from 7th to 9th January, 2026. The survey aimed to help students understand and identify the key features of Human Resource (Chapter 5) from the Grade VIII CBSE Social Studies textbook.
As a part of the activity, students interviewed human resources within the school, including teachers, administrators, security personnel, housekeeping staff, and transportation staff.
The survey proved to be a fruitful and enriching experience, enabling students to develop a clear and practical understanding of the concept of human resources within their own school setting. The activity was supervised by Mr. Aakash Biswakarma, Social Studies Teacher.
