Me and My Profession for Grade IX and X: Parental Involvement in School Education

Me and My Profession programme, organised by the Parental Involvement Team, was held for Grade IX and X students in Indu Hall on 14th August 2025.
For Grade IX, Mr. Rajesh Khanal, Head of Department (IBDP) at Ullens School, Khumaltar, Lalitpur, shared his career journey. He spoke about the skills, qualifications, and dedication required succeeding in his field.
For Grade X, Mr. Prasanna Krishna Das, Former Executive Member of the Nepal Bar Association, gave an inspiring talk on the legal profession. He explained the responsibilities, challenges, and rewards of a career in law.
Both speakers, who are parents of DAV School students, encouraged learners to aim high and think carefully about their future careers.
Vice-principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal and Senior School Co-ordinator Mr. Tank Meghji Devji warmly welcomed the guests. Meanwhile, Mr. Narayan Khatiwada, In-charge of Grade IX and X, presented queries on behalf of both students and teachers.
The event was well managed by Mr. Tankanath Ghimire, Activity In-charge for Senior School, with support from the senior school teaching staff.
