On March 6, all Grade XII Home Science students, along with 15 selected HPE students from Grades V and VI, participated in a cultural exchange programme held in the Home Science Lab.
As part of the programme, the Grade XII students introduced their junior peers to a variety of Indian and Nepali cuisines. They prepared and presented an array of traditional dishes, including Rajasthani delicacies, Varuwa Roti, Idli Sambar, Lassi, Khir Puri, Aludam, Palpako Chukaune, and Malpuwa, among others. In addition to showcasing these dishes, the senior students also guided the younger participants in learning how to prepare them.
The event was observed and supported by Senior School Coordinator Mr. Tank Meghji Devji, Middle School Coordinator and HPE Department Head Mr. Krishna Joshi, Home Science Teacher Ms. Pratikshya Nepali, and HPE Teacher Ms. Kushum Lama. Their guidance ensured a smooth and enriching learning experience for all involved.
