Two-Day Dance Workshop for Dance Enthusiast Teachers at DAV School

The Dance Department of DAV School organised a two-day dance workshop for dance enthusiast teachers in Indu Hall on 6th and 7th July, 2026.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Sujit Ranjitkar from the Dance Department. According to the Head of the Dance Department, Ms. Shreejana Shrestha, a total of 30 teachers participated in the workshop.
Each day's session began with warm-up exercises, followed by a free dance session. One of the major highlights of the workshop was the choreography of a new dance performance, which is expected to be showcased by teachers at a future school programme.
The workshop aimed to refresh teachers and provide them with a welcome break from their regular teaching responsibilities.
The workshop also encouraged participants to improve their flexibility through a variety of dance movements while promoting physical fitness and well-being. Overall, it offered teachers an enjoyable opportunity to relax, learn new dance skills, and experience the joy of dance and music.
