PTC Day, Result Distribution and Bulbul Exhibition

Date: Mar 30th, 2026

The Parents–Teachers Conference (PTC) Day, Result Distribution, and Bulbul Exhibition were successfully organised on 28th March, 2026. The PTC and Result Distribution were conducted at Shankar Sadan, Indu Sadan, and the Pink Iron Building, while the vibrant Bulbul Exhibition was showcased in Pratik Hall, Shankar Sadan.
As part of the PTC Day, parents and guardians visited the school to review their children’s answer scripts and report cards. The occasion also provided an excellent platform for constructive and meaningful interaction between parents and teachers regarding the students’ academic progress, behaviour, and overall development. The programme strengthened the partnership between school and home for the holistic growth of the students. On the same day, the school’s official newsletter Sandesh and the students’ Annual Portfolio Files were also distributed.
The Bulbul Exhibition, themed “Under the Ocean,” was one of the major highlights of the day. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Principal, Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao, in the presence of the administrative team. Despite his busy schedule, the DAV Chairperson, Shree Anil Kedia, also visited the exhibition in the evening and sincerely appreciated the creativity, dedication, and collaborative efforts of both students and teachers. The exhibition beautifully reflected the imagination, artistic skills, and teamwork of the young learners through an engaging underwater world.
The clay models of sea creatures such as turtles, dolphins, penguins, along with an impressive submarine model, received much admiration. The hanging jellyfish decorations added a magical touch to the ambience of the hall. Other major attractions included a giant octopus, a 3D shark, the Ocean Treasure corner adorned with pearls and golden ornaments, and a large underwater ship model, all of which captured the attention of visitors. The themed photo booths, particularly those featuring the Little Mermaid and octopus, were especially popular among parents and students.
The Principal also commended the sincere efforts of the students and teachers. She appreciated the dedication of the Primary Wing teachers, the Art Department, and the Junior School Co-ordinator, Mr. Andrew Fitz Patrick, for their thoughtful planning and guidance. She further congratulated the students for bringing the ocean theme to life with remarkable creativity and enthusiasm, describing the exhibition as a grand success and a true source of inspiration.
The programme concluded successfully with the enthusiastic participation of parents, students, and teachers, making it a joyful, enriching, and memorable learning experience for all.
