Promoted Students of DAV Taekwondo Academy Honoured

The promoted students of the DAV Taekwondo Academy were honoured by the Principal, Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao, on 27 January for their good performance in the recent Taekwondo Belt Test (Grading) Examination. To motivate them further, the students were introduced during the Middle School morning assembly on January 28.
The Taekwondo Belt Test was held on 25th January, in which 42 students (16 boys and 26 girls) appeared. All the students passed the examination and were promoted to the next belt level based on their performance.
Special appreciation was given to students who achieved double promotion due to their outstanding skills. Ojashwi Dangol and Garima Pun were promoted from Yellow Belt to Green Belt, while Sambriddhi Naral, Sayon Shah, and Jayanti Shah received double promotion from White Belt to Yellow/Green Belt.
Students appearing from the Blue Belt category showed excellent focus and technique. Aayash Moktan and Shreya Bajracharya were promoted to Blue Red Belt. From the Green/Blue Belt group, Asmina K.C., Nikita Thakur, Tashinga Shah, Aaradhay Khadka, and Jonas Mauni were promoted to Blue Belt.
In the Green Belt category, Prayan Sibakoti, Pragya Sibakoti, Nhujala Shrestha, Aangsuk Lama, Sherolene Rana Magar, Kyozan Tamang, and Maruti Jha were promoted to Green/Blue Belt. Suruchi Thakur and Shanaya Gupta were promoted from Yellow/Green Belt to Green Belt for their consistent effort.
From the Yellow Belt category, Priyal Rijal, Abnish Tamang, Reeva Shrestha, Siddhartha Gautam, Konjyok Moktan, and Sambriddhi Naral were promoted to Yellow/Green Belt.
Many students from the White Belt category were promoted to Yellow Belt. They are Sayon Shah, Samyma Karna, Shraddha Karna, Divyanshi Karki, Akarsha Tripathi, Eva Maharjan, Syalon Rana Magar, Shreya Nemkul, Shayana Bhusal, Nooroh Dutta, Himanshu Shah, Aanyata Bajracharya, Scarlet Dangol, Nyalosh Rana Magar, Raunak Thakur, Saloni Thakur, and Binam Khadka. Their promotion reflects their enthusiasm and strong foundation in Taekwondo.
