One-Day Anapana Sati Dhyan for Grade IX (Sections A, B, C & D) Students

The students of Grade IX from Sections A, B, C and D participated in a one-day Anapana Sati Dhyan programme at the Nepal Vipassana Centre, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, on January 28.
According to the Head of the Library Department, Mr. Surya Majhi, a total of 135 students—comprising 75 boys and 60 girls—took part in the meditation session. The students were accompanied by 12 teachers.
DAV School Management expressed its sincere appreciation to the Nepal Vipassana Meditation Centre, Budhanilkantha, for its valuable co-operation and support in making the programme a grand success.
