ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit Successfully Conducted

The 'ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit' for the academic session 2025/26 was successfully conducted at DAV School on June 26. The audit was led by Head of Quality Management System (QMS) Department Mr. Laxmi Prasad Gupta in co-ordination with QMS Co-ordinator and HR Manager of DAV School, Mr. Ashish Rai.
The audit process started with an opening meeting attended by the School Management including Wing Co-ordinators, and Head of Departments.
Throughout the day, Mr. Gupta carried out a comprehensive audit of different departments to verify the School's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The audit focused on the effectiveness of the management system, internal audits, management reviews, continual improvement initiatives, operational controls, corrective actions taken on previous observations, statutory compliance, and the achievement of quality objectives.
The surveillance audit concluded with a closing meeting, during which Mr. Gupta appreciated the strengths demonstrated by all the departments and offered valuable suggestions for further improvement.
On behalf of the DAV School family, Human Resources Manager and QMS Co-ordinator Mr. Aashish Rai delivered the vote of thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to the auditor for his guidance and to all staff members for their dedicated efforts in successfully completing the surveillance audit.
