Grade IX Students of DAVSKVB Visit Micro-Folie Digital Museum

On 3rd December, 2025, 45 students of Grade IX participated in an educational visit to the Micro-Folie Multidisciplinary Digital Museum at the Alliance Française de Katmandou.
The visit aimed to expose students to innovative learning methods through immersive digital experiences.
The students were warmly welcomed by Ms. Rubina Pradhan, Activity Co-ordinator of Alliance Française de Katmandou, who introduced them to the concept of Micro-Folie and guided them through navigating the digital museum. During the session, students engaged in a variety of interactive digital tasks that encouraged collaboration, problem-solving, and exploration of themes spanning art, culture, and technology.
According to Foreign Language Head and German Language Teacher of DAV School Mr. Sabin Shakya, the visit proved to be highly enriching, offering students opportunities to enhance their creative and critical thinking, develop teamwork skills, improve digital literacy, and gain cultural and artistic awareness through exposure to global art collections and multimedia tools.
All participants actively engaged in group activities, showing great enthusiasm for the digital challenges that promoted collective problem-solving and innovative thinking.
