Good Luck Hawan Ceremony for Grade X SEE Students, 2026

On 17 March 2026, the Sanskrit Department of DAV School organized a Good Luck Hawan Ceremony for Grade X SEE students in Indu Hall. The Havan was held to seek divine blessings and boost the confidence of students before their Board examinations.
The Hawan was conducted by the Head of the Sanskrit Department, Mr. Purushottam Rijal, along with Sanskrit teacher Mr. Niranjan Khatiwada. Vice Principal, Mr. Ramchandra Khanal, served as the main Yajaman. Students actively took part in chanting sacred mantras such as the Om Mantra and the Gayatri Mantra, followed by important Vedic rituals including Swasti Baachan, Agnay Daan, and Shanti Path.
Speaking on the auspicious occasion, Vice-principal explained the spiritual importance of the Hawan and said that it helps increase concentration and create positive energy. He also encouraged the students to stay focused and use their preparation time wisely.
After the Hawan, Grade IX and X SEE In-charge Mr. Narayan Khatiwada and the class teachers extended their best wishes to the students for their upcoming board examination.
The program concluded with Aarati, devotional bhajans, and the distribution of tika, prashad, and certificates as symbols of good luck. Later, the students also enjoyed a Good Luck Party at the school canteen, making the day joyful and memorable.
