Fightback ASA Graduation and Demonstration Programme, 2025/26

The Fightback ASA Graduation and Demonstration Programme for the academic session 2025/26 was held in Buddha Hall on January 28.
The programme was graced by the esteemed presence of DAVSKVB Chairperson Shree Anil Kedia, Principal of DAV School Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao, Principal of Apex Life School Mr. Pradyumna Paudel, CEO at INNOVA World Mr. Niladri Sekhar Parial and Founder of Fightback Nepal Mr. Vikrant Pandey. The presence of the awardees parents, further added elegance and ecstasy to the programme.
The formal proceedings commenced with a warm welcome to all the dignitaries. This was followed by a screening of major highlights of Fight Back After School Activities of the academic session 2025–26. Thereafter, Mr. Pandey shared insights into the evolution of the Fight Back programme, highlighting its renewed focus on leadership development, confidence-building, and resilience among young people across Nepal. He also fondly recalled memorable moments, including the learning of essential survival skills with DAV students.
Sharing her personal experience, Kaashwi Gautam, a Fightback ASA student, spoke about the impact of the programme, while a group of students presented a live Fightback demonstration. Jenny Chitrakar impressed the audience with a board-breaking demonstration, showcasing strength, discipline, and skill.
The Report Card Distribution Ceremony was the highlight of the programme, reflecting the performance evaluation of the Fight Back students. The dignitaries of the programme honoured all graduating students with report cards and medals.
In their brief addresses, Chairperson Shree Anil Kedia and Principal Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao congratulated the graduating students and wished them continued success in their future endeavours. The Chairperson emphasised that programmes like Fight Back help shape a Total Quality Person and appreciated parents for enrolling their children at the right age, when such skills are most effectively developed.
Echoing similar sentiments, the Principal Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao highlighted that the present education system increasingly focuses on students’ emotional well-being, and programmes like Fight Back help bridge this vital gap. She reiterated that Fight Back is a completely skill-based safety programme and expressed her gratitude to the Founding Director of Fight Back Nepal, Mr. Pandey, and his entire team for their consistent support and commitment to these initiatives. The programme was smoothly and efficiently moderated by Ms. Garima Giri.
