English Rhymes Competition in the Pre-Primary School

The English Rhymes Competition for the Pre-Primary School was held on 12 December. The competition was organised for students of Nursery, LKG and UKG with the objective of helping young learners memorise and confidently recite longer sentences.
Kindergarten Co-ordinator, Ms. Shanti Gurung, emphasised that activities such as English rhymes play a vital role in developing students’ confidence and courage to perform before an audience. Prior to the competition, all kindergarten teachers trained the children in rhyme presentation and enactment skills.
In the Nursery category, Viraj Jain secured first position, followed by Jeevika Shrestha in second place and Rishav Karn in third place. In LKG, Akshdeep Chaudhary won first position, with Kairav Shakya and Aarushi Karki securing second and third positions respectively.
In UKG-A, Divyanshi Khadka emerged as the winner, followed by Raika Yadav in second place and Evander Rai in third place. Similarly, in UKG-B, Sarvatmika Bashyal secured first position, while Kairavi Rishal and Prasiddhi Khatiwada achieved second and third positions respectively.
