Educational Visit to Radio Nepal and Nepal Television

The Mother Teresa Social Service Club organised an educational visit to Radio Nepal and Nepal Television on December 26
The objective of this visit was to provide first-hand exposure to mass communication channels and help them understand public broadcasting and the role of media in society.
A total of 29 students, including executive and general members of the club along with a few selected students from Grades VII, VIII and IX, participated in the visit. The programme helped students to enhance their understanding of the functioning of national media institutions.
During the visit, students observed broadcasting studios, learned about programme production and gained insights into the historical significance of Radio Nepal and Nepal Television as pillars of national communication.
The students were accompanied by three teachers: Ms. Aarti Sharma, Head of the Department of Social Studies, Mr. Surchen Shah, Middle School Activity In-charge and Mr. Shreedhar Subedi, Middle School Social Studies Teacher, who coordinated the visit.
