DAV School Represents Argentina in Qualifier Match of AIWIBI's Kids' FIFA World Cup, 2026

The football team of junior School proudly represented Argentina in Qualifier Match of Kids' FIFA World Cup, 2026 organised by AIWIBI at Tiger Futsal, Nakkhu, Lalitpur, on July 10.
The event brought together students aged 5 to 10 from eight schools across the Kathmandu Valley to celebrate the spirit of football and encourage young children to develop an interest in the game.
Representing Argentina, DAV students demonstrated their outstanding energy and skills together on the ground. The participants were Vivaan Jaiswal (III 'B'), Samyog Jung Karki (III 'D'), Aadhar Maharjan (III 'E'), Vivan Maharjan (III 'F'), Sameep Panthi (III 'F'), Siddhartha Gupta (III 'G'), Buddha Gauchan (II 'C'), Krishal Lamsal (II 'F') and Agread Rahapal (II 'E').
According to Junior School Sports Teacher Ms. Riya Dahal, the event aimed to celebrate the FIFA World Cup, 2026 and inspire young students to develop a love for football. The students were accompanied by Junior School Sports Teachers Ms. Riya Dahal and Ms. Asmita Tamang.
