DAV Cricket Academy Beats Nexus Cricket Academy at JCL U12 2082 Tournament

The DAV Cricket Academy team clinched an impressive 20-run victory over Nexus Cricket Academy in the JCL U12 – 2082 Tournament held yesterday, 11 December 2025. The tournament is being organised by Angels Heart Education Foundation.
In the fourth match of Day 1, Nexus won the toss and elected to bowl first. DAV made a strong start, with Captain Bikesh Jaiswal showcasing an outstanding performance by scoring an unbeaten 70 off 49 balls, supported by Safal Adhikari with 20 runs. Nexus bowlers Rohit Dhami and Bipashna Mainali claimed one wicket each as DAV set a target of 108 runs.
During the chase, Nexus Cricket Academy put up a determined effort, with Rohit Dhami scoring 39 runs and Nishan contributing 13. However, tight bowling from DAV—especially from Sharad Bista, who took 2 wickets, and Vedant, who claimed 3—restricted Nexus from reaching the target.
