X-CBSE Explore the Natural and Cultural Wonders of Pokhara Valley

The interested students of X CBSE participated in an enriching and fun-filled educational tour to Pokhara valley from 21st to 24th December, 2023.
The tour aimed at providing the unique learning experiences while exploring the natural and cultural wonders of the picturesque city. The students were accompanied by Senior School Co-ordinator Mr. Tank Meghji Devji and X-CBSE Teacher Ms. Ranju Shrestha.
The four-day tour comprised visits to iconic landmarks of the Pokhara valley such as Davis Falls, Mahendra Gufa, Begnas Lake, Fewa Lake, Shanti Stupa, Gupteshwor Mahadev in the long list.
Similarly, they were taken to Ghandruk for an eye-catching sunrise views. The success of this tour underlines the holistic education of DAV that goes beyond textbooks and classrooms.
For more information, educational tour to Pokhara is a yearly programme of Grade X which is one of the most awaited programme to those students who love travelling.
On the other side, such tours and visits enable students for effective learning, enhance personal development, deepen social and historical knowledge, develop critical thinking, generate a feeling of respect for the culture, improve perspectives and support effective communication.
