Tiny Toddlers of Kindergarten Participate in 3-day Primary Colours Vibrant Activities

Date: May 22nd, 2025
In a delightful celebration of creativity and joy, the young learners of DAV Kindergarten enthusiastically observed Primary Colours Day from 20th to 22nd May 2025.
As part of their activity-based learning approach, the kindergarten organised Red Day, Blue Day, and Yellow Day on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd of May respectively. Both students and teachers embraced the theme by dressing in the designated colour each day, creating a cheerful and visually striking atmosphere throughout the school.
These colour-themed activities serve as an important milestone in the children’s early education, introducing them to the fundamental concept of primary colours in a fun and engaging manner. Each day was filled with hands-on activities tailored to the specific colour being celebrated. It was heart-warming to see both students and teachers bringing red and yellow fruits to school as part of the festivities.
According to Kindergarten Coordinator Ms Shanti Gurung, the primary aim of the event was to help children become familiar with the basic colours—Red, Blue, and Yellow—laying a strong foundation for future learning.
