Supriya and Era Attended A Day with the Vet at Central Zoo

Supriya Yadav of Grade VII 'B' and Era Tamrakar of Grade VII 'C', representing the Friends of Zoo (FoZ) Club, participated in a programme titled ‘A Day with the Vet’ held at the Central Zoo on 5 May.
The session was led by Dr Parbat Jung Thapa and aimed to familiarise students with zoo animal care and management. According to Club In-charge Mr. Pradeep Shrestha, the programme was designed to raise awareness among students about animal health and welfare within a zoo setting.
During the visit, students learned about various animal diseases, their treatment, and the techniques used in rescuing wild animals. A total of 33 schools participated in this educational initiative.
