Sports Day of DAV Kindergarten

The sports day of DAV Kindergarten was celebrated at the school premises amidst cheering, excitements and joys of all the attendees on February 3.
The event was organized by Physical Education Department in co-ordination with Kindergarten wing. According to Kindergarten Co-ordinator Ms. Shanti Gurung, the sole motives of the sports day was to encourage the tiny toddlers in sports and help them for their physical and mental growth.
Sports Day observed events like Bursting the Balloon Race, Chocolate Race, Sack Race, Open Race, Relay Race, Spoon and Marble Race, Glass Pyramid Arranging Race and Race Race. The competition were organised separately for each Grade of Kindergarten. Most of the events were also separately conducted for the boys and girls for each Grade.
As per the results of Bursting the Balloons Race of Nursery 'A', Tenzin Kelsang won the first position followed by Shivansh Thakur and Dipshan Raj Adhikari in the second and third positions respectively.
Similarly, in Chocolate Collection Race of Nursery 'A', Anwesha Saud won the first position followed by Abhi Jaiswal and Delilah Lamsal in the second and third positions respectively.
In the same trait of Sack Race of LKG 'A', Gabriel Limbu won the first position followed by Saket Jha and Samisha Jayshwal in the second and third positions respectively.
In the similar way, in Free Race of LKG 'A', Rudra B. Thapa Magar won the position, followed by Briyanjesh Tamang and Ishant Ray in the second and third positions respectively.
Likewise, in Relay Race of UKG 'A' Reyans Dhakal, Pranish Bhandari and Nyalosh Rana Magar won the first position. Ayan Raj Baidya, Parth Gupta and Mayank Kashyap won the second position followed by Abiral Karna, Samrat Gurung and Arav Jha in the third position.
Similarly, in Spoon and Marble Race of UKG 'A', Aliya Gupta won the position followed by Chitralekha Maity and Ivana Neupane in the second and third positions respectively.
In the similar way, in Glass and Pyramid Race of UKG 'B' Girls, Ming Yue Huang won the first Position followed by Prinshikha Gadaili and Noor Laxmi Thakur won the second and third position respectively.
Finally, in Ring Race of UKG 'B' Boys, Biyans B.K. won the first position. Gokul Acharya won the second position. Utkarsh Jaiswal and Ankit Bhattacharya each won the third position.
