
Sanskrit Shlokbachan Competition for Grade VII Students

The Janardan Sanskrit Club successfully organised the Sanskrit Shlokbachan Competition for Grade VII students (Sections A to J) on 22nd July 2025.
A total of 60 enthusiastic participants formed 10 groups and recited a variety of Sanskrit shlokas of their choice. The competition was judged by Mr Niranjan Khatiwada and Mr Sudeep Mishra, while Mr Purushottam Rijal, Head of the Sanskrit Department, served as the moderator. Students from Grade VII 'J' attended the event as the audience.
Among the ten groups, the team comprising Pallavi Khadka, Sambhavya Dhakal, Stuti Suman, Shivansh Raj, and Harshit Ajmera from Grade VII 'I' secured the first position with their recitation of the Atmashatkastotram. The second, third, and fourth positions were also awarded to deserving teams.
All winners will soon be honoured with certificates of achievement.
