Sahil Chanchal and Aachal Participate in Hindi Literature Festival at Nepal India Friendship Library

Three students from DAV School, accompanied by Hindi HOD Mr. Purushottam Pokharel, took part in the Hindi Literature Festival held at the Nepal–India Friendship Library in Kathmandu on November 29.
The participating students were Sahil Singh Ujjain (Grade XI), Chanchal Mohta (Grade IX) and Aachal Mohta (Grade VI). They made a short presentation and recited poems.
The programme was organised by Embassy of India, Lainchaur, Kathmandu in collaboration with Himalini Magazine.
The festival was organised in the honour of renowned literary figures Late Harivansh Rai Bachchan, Late Jaishankar Prasad and Late Shiva Mangal Singh Suman, whose birth anniversaries fall in November.
Hindi HOD of DAV School, Mr. Pokharel also delivered a presentation highlighting the literary contributions of Late Jaishankar Prasad and Late Shiva Mangal Singh Suman. The participants CBSE schools were DAV, Alok Vidyashram and Kendriya Vidyalaya.
