Date: Dec 2nd, 2024

Around 300 students from DAV School actively participated in an educational exhibition held at Bhandarkhal Garden, Patan Durbar Square, on November 29.
The event was jointly organised by the Private and Boarding School Organization Nepal (PABSON) and the Lalitpur Metropolitan City Office.
The exhibition, titled "Utility of Traditional and Historical Household Tools and Equipment," was designed to align with the Social Studies curriculum theme, "Explore the Ancient Ingenuity of Lalitpur." It aimed to provide students with an immersive learning experience, helping them explore traditional tools and their historical significance within the World Heritage Site of Patan Durbar Square.
The participating students included those from Grade VIII (both SEE and CBSE streams) and executive members of the Mother Teresa Social Service Club, along with Social Club members from Grades V to VIII.
The students were accompanied by Ms. Aarti Sharma, Head of the Social Studies Department; Mr. Aakash Bishwokarma, In-charge of the Mother Teresa Social Service Club and some middle school teachers.
PABSON, Lalitpur, highlighted that the event offered a unique opportunity for students to connect with their heritage and deepen their understanding of the traditional practices that have shaped the local culture.
