
Nepali Dance Wins First Position in Grade VI Family Jamboree, 2025

The results of the Family Jamboree of Grade VI were announced by the Principal, Dr. Bhubaneswari Rao, in a special morning assembly held today (30th July, 2025). Nepali Dance emerged as the winner, securing the first position among eight vibrant performances.
Vice-principal Mr. Ramchandra Khanal and Middle School Co-ordinator Mr Krishna Joshi, presented medals to the winners in recognition of their achievement.
The performances were evaluated by a team of parents from Grade V, who assessed each entry with great care. Following Nepali Dance, Bollywood Dance claimed the second position, while Bharatnatyam secured third. In total, the jamboree featured six dance performances and two songs, each showcasing the creativity and enthusiasm of the students.
In addition to the student awards, Mr. Sujit Ranjitkar, a choreographer of the winning Nepali Dance, was presented with a token of love for his guidance and dedication that led his team to victory.
While addressing the assembly, the Principal praised the overall quality of all the performances, noting that each dance and song was commendable in its own right. However, as per the rules of the competition, a winner must be selected. She encouraged students to continue pursuing music, dance, and enactment with the same spirit and passion reminding them that every participant has the potential to win the first position in future jamborees.
