Jersey Reveal and Farewell Ceremony of DAV School's Cricket Team for the International School Cricket League-2025

The Jersey Reveal and Farewell Ceremony of the DAV School Cricket Team, set to participate in the International School Cricket League (ISCL) 2025 in Lucknow, India, was held during the morning assembly today (9th December 2025).
The ISCL will take place at City Montessori School, Lucknow from 13th to 19th December, 2025. Organised by City Montessori School, the ISCL is regarded as one of the most prestigious cricket leagues at the Under-19 school and college level.
The International School Cricket League will witness the participation of 16 teams, including eight international teams from South Africa, Zimbabwe, Australia, Oman, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka, alongside eight teams representing different states of India. Nepal will be represented by three teams—one from Kathmandu and two from Birgunj and Sudur Paschim.
The ceremony was graced by the distinguished presence of the Chief Guest, Mr. Nandan Yadav, leading fast bowler, Nepal's Senior Team. Also present were the Vice-principal, Mr. Ramchandra Khanal; Special Guest Mr. Aashish Agrawal, Executive Member of the Indian Citizenship Association of Nepal (ICAN) and Marwadi Yuvamanch; Dr. Aashish Jha, former Sports Captain and former Cricket Captain of DAV School Cricket Team; and Mr. Aashutosh Ghiraiya, former Captain of DAV School's Cricket Team.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Mr. Nandan Yadav, along with the other dignitaries, encouraged the students to display their best cricketing skills, as they have consistently done both at home and abroad.
