Intersection Quiz Contest for Grade VI Students

On October 1, Grade VI teachers' team organised an Intersection Quiz Contest for Grade VI students in Indu Hall.
A total of 40 students, with four representing each section, were selected by their respective class teachers to compete. The audience comprised all students from Grade VI.
Mr. Aakash Bishwokarma served as the Quiz Master, delivering an engaging contest through five rounds: 'All Rounder', 'Pick Your Pick', 'Select One', 'Audio-Visual Round', and the 'Rapid Fire Round'. Ipsa Sharma from Grade VI 'J' assisted on the board, while Linura Gurung from VI 'A' handled timekeeping. Ms. Pratikshya Ojha, the middle school library teacher, displayed the questions on the screen.
As per the results, the team from Section J, consisting of Darsh Mishra, Syankita Majhi, and Ansh Jaiswal, secured first place. The team from Section F- Safal Adhikari, Pragyan Bista, and Jayanti Sah, took second place. Meanwhile, the Section D team, with Darshan Shrestha, Reagan Baidha, and Sadira Thapa, finished in third place.
Middle School Co-ordinator Mr. Krishna Joshi, along with the Middle School Activity In-charge, presented awards, reading books, and certificates of achievement to the winners. All participants received certificates of participation, and Mr. Joshi commended their efforts.
The quiz aimed at enhancing students' knowledge across various subjects. The questions covered all academic areas, including current affairs beyond the textbooks. Quiz Master Mr. Bishwokarma noted that the Intersection Quiz Contest was aligned with the school’s theme 'EACH' for the 2024/25 session, promoting academic excellence among the students.
